What is a guard tour system?

A guard tour system is a digital solution that tracks and verifies security guard and maintenance patrols, ensuring all checkpoints are visited at scheduled intervals. It replaces paper logs with tamper-proof electronic records, improving accountability and site management.

How does Deggy's AI checkpoint verification work?

Deggy's AI-powered system analyzes each checkpoint scan to verify its authenticity, detecting unauthorized alteration or counterfeit checkpoints and reducing the risk of fraudulent patrol records.

What industries use Deggy guard tour systems?

Deggy is used across security, facilities management, healthcare, manufacturing, warehousing, hospitality, and government — any organization requiring verified checkpoint rounds.

What is the difference between the Deggy NXT App and the Deggy Steel Pen?

The Deggy NXT App is smartphone-based with AI verification, real-time monitoring, and incident reporting. The Deggy Steel Pen is a rugged hardware wand with no fragile parts, ideal for environments where smartphones are impractical. Both are managed under the same Deggy Control software.
